Augusta Movers were extremely professional with our move! Our house was entirely handled by them. They packed, prepped our furniture prior to loading and did the actual move.
Packing supplies and moving boxes were also supplied at a very affordable price.
We have used movers in the past (5 years ago) but Augusta were different. The guys really cared about our stuff. All promises and arrangements were followed closely and Dave the manager made sure we had all the furniture and boxes placed where we want it them.
Over all experience was very pleasant and I would use them again in a heart beat!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They showed up on time, worked steadily, and managed to move us into our three bedroom in far less time than I expected. They even get bonus points for figuring out how to get a stacked washer-dryer down a very narrow flight of stairs. Very pleased with the professional level of service, which included furniture wrapping and runners to keep our new carpets clean.

I haven't moved in the last 15 years and I was very skeptical hiring a mover after reading some horror stories online. I couldn't believe how much the industry has changed over the years! Despite the fact that there are a lot of bad reviews on moving companies I was positive that there are some reputable businesses out there and I started an online search. Augusta Movers cough my attention.
I was provided with a very professional written estimate. I also contacted 2 other companies but I decided to go with Dinko and Augusta Movers
The guys were extremely polite and experienced in their field. I can say nothing but good things about this company.

Thank you for your feedback Nina! It is unfortunate that there are so many scams out there related to moving! No offence , but we believe that the main reason for that are the actual consumers. Many of us tend to fall for the cheap price offered by the dishonest companies. It is a tactic used by those fly by night movers, and it still works even in todays world of an internet accessibility. It takes few clicks to do a simple research on how much a reputable company will charge. If you really think about it, $40 or $50 per hour for two men and a truck sounds to good to be true. The two movers will get paid an average hourly rate of $15-$20/hr ... what about the truck, the gas, insurance, marketing and all the overhead and the company needs to make profit as well. We hope this message will reach as many people as possible! People, please do your research first before you get into the 'to good to be true deal'! There are many reputable companies out there that are not getting the business because of low, fly by night profile movers who will offer you the unrealistic price to get your business and charge you double and triple at the end . Augusta Movers came highly recommended by a friend of my family!
We needed full service. Packing, Moving, Unpacking and 4 months storage until our reno on the house was done. They were able to provide us with the full package at a very reasonable cost. We also purchased the packing supplies and the moving boxes from them as well. We basically gave them the key to the place and by the end of the day everything was packed, prepped and moved to their warehouse. The renovation took longer than expected and 6 moths later we had a scheduled move with Augusta to bring our stuff back to the newly renovated house. We requested from them to take extra care with the walls and the floors. Not a single scratch or mark on any of our walls. Floors were protected with rubber carpets and staircases with pads. All the contents into the boxes were also in great condition and nothing was broken. We couldn't been happier with the care this company took with packing storing and moving our home. Thanks to the entire crew, Dinko at the office and the movers Dave, Spec and Alex! It was a pleasure dealing with your company,from start to finish!

We used Augusta Movers to deliver material and few big printers and other equipment from our supplier to our new office in Toronto area. The guys were great! Extremely professional and efficient! No wasted time what so ever. Their rate was one of the best we received from the companies we have called. We did our homework before we starting even getting quotes so we knew what we were looking for. There is alway a cheeper offer somewhere, but is it really a good deal at the end?! We knew that Augusta Movers will deliver and they did! Pleasure to do business with!

We used Augusta Movers on June 21st and were extremely impressed from start to finish. Dinko and his crew (3 movers in total) showed up ready to work at 8:50 for a 9am start and worked straight through the day (first and only break was at 4pm!). it was extremely hot but none of them complained once. We were moving from an 1100 sq ft loft to a two bedroom house but had a TON of stuff. When Dinko said he'd be bringing a 26ft truck, I thought it would be way too much but we completely filled it. We did go over the time on the original estimate but that was our fault as we had underestimated the amount of furniture and boxes and also ran into an unexpected elevator issue. All furniture was wrapped and we can honestly say there wasn't even the smallest nick on any of the pieces. I had done a ton of research and chose Augusta Movers based upon online reviews, price (for a 3 man crew) and the timeliness of Dinko getting back to all communications. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family without any hesitation.

.. After providing the sales manager with the required information I received my quote in writing and after reviewing I approved. Everything was done through their online system and I must say. I was impressed!
All in all I had a great experience with these guys and all for a very reasonable cost! I recommend this carrier to everybody in need of a good, affordable mover!
